Current UK Truck Simulator version is 1.06

How to update an older version of the game:

1. The UK retail CD-ROM edition, distributed by Excalibur Publishing

Note that this version of the patch only works with the full retail CD version of the game distributed by Excalibur Publishing. It will not work on other versions, it will not work if any original files were changed.

There is no separate "patch file" - please download the full setup file of the latest UK Truck Simulator from the download page of our website.
Uninstall your older version of the game. Don't worry about losing the license, it is stored in a different location than the game installation folder. Your valid license for the game survives through this and following steps, there is no need to re-activate. The game save files will also survive re-installation, they are also stored in a different location. Caution: this update may affect compatibility with game "mods," in case of problems, always try to remove mods first to see if it helps!
Install the freshly downloaded 1.06 edition of the game
Play!

Changes and fixes since original 1.02 release:

an extra post-process step added to game loading code so that quarries work in old save games files.
fixed Quarries not working right
several ambient traffic cars which were left out originally now enabled
a new stretch of motorway
hired truck driver names now more appropriate for the UK
fixed Pound symbol that was lost from the font file in the 1.04 patch
